Datamaker supports the perovskite industry – Tandem Technology ForumOn September 14, the Perovskite and Tanner Module Industrialization Summit Forum was held in Changzhou, Jiangsu. Hundreds of industry professionals gathered to engage in in-depth discussions on hot topics in the perovskite and tandem cell module industry chain, key technologies, supply chains, and future trends, especially the opportunities and challenges of perovskite tandem technology from zero to one.
Under the dual carbon goals, photovoltaic power generation has broad growth prospects. According to estimates from the China Photovoltaic Association, from 2022 to 2025, the global average annual new photovoltaic installations will reach 232~286GW, and by 2030, the global average annual new photovoltaic installations will reach 366GW. DNV GL forecasts that by 2050, solar photovoltaic power generation demand is expected to reach 28 million gigawatt-hours per year (PWh/year), which is 60 times that of 2020, and is expected to account for 40% of the energy mix. However, the current laboratory efficiency of crystalline silicon solar cells has reached 26.7%, almost approaching their theoretical efficiency ceiling. To break the traditional conversion efficiency of crystalline silicon, there are only two approaches: one is to use new processes, and the other is to find new materials, with perovskite being a revolutionary new material; The tandem cell process is a revolutionary new technology.
General Manager Dita Magnesium delivered a speech at the seminar: Regarding the company's future development direction, Dita Magg has its own clear and definite plan. In terms of application fields, Dita Magnesium Ke initially focused mainly on perovskite and is now gradually expanding into new areas such as PI, flat panel displays, graphene, fuel cells, and nanowire silver wires. They also shared the actual progress of Dita Magtech's lamination process, which has received high recognition from industry peers and professionals.
