On the morning of September 1, 2023, the signing ceremony for the strategic financing cooperation between Jiangsu Dita Magtech Technology Co., Ltd. and Yuanlai Capital was successfully held at the Dita Magco Shanghai Phase 5 R&D Laboratory.

The completion of this round of financing further validates Dita Magg's technical strength and market potential in the photovoltaic industry as a leading manufacturer of slit coating technology. The injection of new shareholders will also bring the company more strategic resources and cooperation opportunities.

The funds from this round will be used to attract top industry talent, strengthen technical capabilities, accelerate customer validation, expand efficiency, and boost market share.

Jiangsu Dita Meike Technology Co., Ltd.
